Requesting a Refund for a Plan Purchased

I need to request a refund for the Premium plan I’ve purchased w/in the 30 day window. I’ve looked and looked around the site these past few days but am not finding any avenue to get this charge reversed. Thanks!

The refund window for all plans is 14 days. You have purchased your plan on July 7th and canceled it on August 11th, so I’m afraid that’s past the refund window.
