Hello! I am trying to cancel my membership for the domain: iisforindigo
Unfortunately, I no longer have the email address that I used to create this domain. I can’t even remember what past email address it was (It is definitely not (email visible only to moderators and staff)).On December 14, 2019, I was charged $66.00 for use of this account, but I’d like to delete it be for next December’s billing cycle. I have no way of getting into the iisforindigo account, as I do not have an email or password associated with this domain any longer.
Please let me know what is needed on my end to fully delete iisforindigo, and not be charged in the future for it.

Hi Amy, you can use the transaction ID to regain account access… just don’t post it here since this is a public forum.
Can you use these steps?
Once you’ve regained access, support can help with refunds and what not if you’re still within a refund window.
