Requesting Blog URL

  Hi- There is a blog url that I am quite interested in using, however it was registered about 6 years ago, with absolutely 0 content on it and 0 notice that it has even been accessed since the time of registry. I’m curious as to what protocol there is to request that site be taken down, or how to go about acquiring the URL from the original owner. I’m not seeing any contact information available. The URL I’m interested in is:

  For the most part, we cannot recycle or reassign site addresses (URLs) which may appear to be abandoned. We respect bloggers’ ownership of their content and therefore will not move or delete a site without its owner’s consent — no matter how long it has been since their last update.
