Requesting changes to be made to my website

I need changes made to my website. About a year ago when I created infinitenose.com, I requested some changed to be made to my website and it was taken care of for me very easily. I would appreciate the same changes made to my new websites, olfactually.com, infiniteluxe.com and myrrrh.com.
The changes were the removal of commenting features, search, the footer. I want bare bones websites. I would greatly appreciate this to be done again. I cannot seem to find the emails from the person who handled this for me a year ago so I am stating a new ticket.

olfactually.com, infiniteluxe.com and myrrrh.com are not hosted by WordPress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to them and we do not provide support for them. You are posting to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
