Requesting help for deletion of an account and a refund

I input the charge information and found the URL but I can’t access the account it’s associated with. I get the error ‘Sorry, we couldn’t find receipt #80160634.’ I would really just like a refund and to get whatever is charging me closed. Thanks again

It appears the subscription is on a different WordPress.com account. You’ll need to log into the other account and follow the instructions here to cancel your purchase and get a refund. You can also reply from the other account, and we can cancel the subscription for you.
