Requesting help wth purchases disabled

    Hello there

    I am getting an error code AXLZNE at first and tried to reach to support via email, but was told payment was not allowed on my account and been told to use free version. I’m tried to make sense on my part on what did i go wrong

    On the second tried via email, Only been told something in line they wont provide why payment been blocked and asked to use free version again.

    I only want to pay a plan and just setup my online store
