requesting max file size theme

Please could you guys increase my file size to more than 365MB as I couldn’t download any theme.I have tried couple ways but no success. Also would be great if you put the description how to do it. Thanks so much

Can you confirm the address of the site you working on. At https://smokystack.wordpress.com/ you would need to upgrade to a Business plan to install an external theme.
