requesting max file size theme

  Hello. I have mac and mamp, wordpress installed in. I can not download a theme to wordpress. Its giving me following message :
  ‘the link you followed has expired. Please try again.’

  I have tried 3 days trying to fix this problem but can not resolve it.

  I think I can not find the right php.ini file to amend the memories.
  Please help me out.
