  Hey!

  Just received an sms saying this [redacted by staff]

  To be frank, I used wordpress an year ago almost this time. and i forgot whats my password. but i can recall my username is trinetsolutions.

  Since Not using this service I’d love to refund the cash and deactivate my account.

  I’ve removed the transaction details as this is a public forum and anyone can access it.

  The transaction you mentioned was the renewal of GSuite for the site trinetsolutions.online. We can cancel it for you, however, bear in mind that after we do that, your email address will stop working.

  As for closing the account, only the owner can do it so we’ll help you access the account in question. Please email us at passwordhelp[at]wordpress.com and paste the transaction ID to your message. Our Account Recovery team will get back to you.
