Requesting Refund

    Hello I need a refund, I was charged $96 for a domain registration even though I have took off my cards off my profile and turned off auto renewal. I’m not for sure how I was charged but I’m not able to request a refund as I get a blank page on my “Purchases” page and my “billing history” page won’t load. There doesn’t seem to be a support number or email, please cancel my order and refund.

    One important thing however, do you intend to use trevoreparker.com again in the future? If you do, I would encourage you to keep the $18 domain registration itself (leaving you with a refund of $78) and then either keep it until you need it again, transfer it to another domain registrar, or change nameservers to point to a new web host.

    If you have no intention of using trevoreparker.com again, then it can be canceled and you should request a full refund. But canceling a domain that you later want to use risks you losing control of the domain and not being able to regiter it again in the future.

    Also, as a WordPress.com Premium plan subscriber, you have access to our livechat support team. At least until you cancel and refund, you can contact them to get this sorted out if you would prefer.

    Hi I do not intend to use it in the future, please fully refund. I have tried to use your contact page and after filling everything out, I just get lead to a blank page. I am getting really frustrated constantly not having anything work, please refund.

  • So, it probably doesn’t matter at this point, but I wonder if there is a browser issue somewhere?

    What browser are you using? Does it happen if you try a different browser? Are you using any browser extensions? Can you try disabling them and seeing if that changes things?

    In any case, I’ve processed that refund for you. Refunds typically show up within 48 hours, in my experience, but also it isn’t unusual for them to take 7-10 days. And in some rare cases, typically non-USA banks, even longer.

    Thank you for processing the refund, I am using Chrome but also had similar problems when using the wordpress app. If I have time later, I will test on firefox and internet explorer.
