  Hi, I do not recall signing up for annual recurring payments of $48. Are you able to please refund me 4 x $48 payments? I’m quite upset as I did not know that WordPress was automatically withdrawing money from me via PayPal without my consent. I have not used this site for years and do not ever plan to use it in the future. Once I am refunded I plan to completely deactivate this random account. Can I please speak to someone so I know this will be taken care of? Thank you so much.

  All wordpress.com plans are on autorenewal. You get several emails to inform you about an upcoming charge.
  If you don’t know what a charge made by wordpress.com is about, you can check it yourself at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. On the same page is a form to contact the Billing Team.

  Hi there,

  I see you’ve already cancelled your plan, and the last payment from 1 May has been refunded. That refund should appear in your PayPal account within a few hours.

  But I’m afraid there is no way for us to refund past transactions that are over a year old.
