Requesting Refund for $24

Hello,
I was charged $24 for a site I cancelled last year. I know that I closed it last year as it was the final step in ending our business and this was quite a big deal for me. I should not have been charged the $24 for a site I have not used or logged into because I cancelled it last year.
I have tried to contact WordPress in numerous ways and have gotten nowhere.
Please let me know how I can speak to someone that can action my request.

I saw on another thread concerning refunds that I need a moderator look “modlook” which means a staff intervention would be needed to help you out.
Can someone please modlock this thread so that I can get a response to my request?

Hi there,
You cancelled your domain on 30 January, and your support history also shows you had a support chat with us on that day where we confirmed to you that the refund has been issued. You should have received a transcript of that support chat via email as well.

You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
