Requesting refund for a Private Registration

  I recently purchased a domain name and a private registration (9 days ago). I have now decided to move my domain name to another external hosting company. I know that I am not eligible to receive a refund for the domain registration, am I eligible for a private registration refund? If so, please refund me. Thanks…

  Hi there, it looks like you’ve already canceled the private registration and requested a refund. Note that it can take up to 10 days for the refund to go through. You can always review your past transactions under Store > Billing History.
