Requesting Refund, using sub domain

Hello, I signed up for premium at $99.99 unaware I would need to be on WordPress.org instead to use plugins on a sub domain (blog.giftshappenhere.com). I am switching to WordPress.org, can I please have a full refund of the premium $99.99 purchase since I cannot use my sub domain on your site. Thank you

To get a refund, you need to cancel your upgrade plan before 30 days of purchase and domain registration before 48 hours. If you are under expiration period, you can claim for a refund.
Go to Manage Purchases page – https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
and select Cancel and Refund.Refer this link to claim your refund:

I’ve refunded $99 for the premium plan and there is a refund receipt in your Billing History:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
The money should reach your account in 7-14 business days.
