I had accidentally deleted my domain under the account that I have. I was wondering if you activate the code so that we could transfer the domain name over to go daddy.

Hi @primakinternational , when you cancel a domain, it’s returned to the registrar.You won’t be able to buy it again anytime soon.
I’m going to contact them though to see if they will return it to our account. We’ll let you know what we find.

Good news, @primakinternational, we were able to get it back and are now restoring it to your account.
Once it’s there, I’d recommend pointing the domain to your new host first, then working on the transfer.

Also, a quick question, do we have to wait for 60 days to be able to transfer the domain to take place because I had cancelled the domain? Once again, thank you.

It is fully restored. I am not positive whether you’ll need to wait 60 days or not, but you can point it to the new host now, then transfer it when you’re able.
