Require a log-in for certain members?

  Can I set up a website that allows certain members to log-in (with an individual password) to see private pages?

  I want to set up a website for a trade organization that makes certain content available to its members only. I know you offer a feature to password protect pages, but I was looking for a feature that allows the user to set the password.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I am sorry to say that we do not have an option to do that at WordPress.com currently.
