  WordPress.com sites don’t support plugins, but WordPress.org sites do. However, WordPress.com offers all kinds of built-in functionality that you could find useful: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  Although you can’t install plugins on WordPress.com, there are a lot of built-in features that enable you to achieve the same kind of functionality as popular plugins. As an example, WordPress.com is directly integrated with Polldaddy. You can create quizzes within Polldaddy and embed them into your WordPress.com site.
