  how can we add or made contact form in contact us page

  I want to remove the name “techfuture936” and email “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” from the edittext boxes . They show us by default . How can i remove it

  You’ll only see the name “techfuture936” and email when you’re logged in to wordpress.

  Each logged in WordPressdotcom user will see their own details filled out in the form. You can test this by logging out or opening the contact us page in a private/incognito window.
