  Hi,
  I want to create a subdomain from an external site and need some information to set it up.
  Can I get my A and CNAME records in the settings when I am using a free plan? or I could only get this information after I purchase a paid plan for my subdomain?

  Hi there,

  You need a paid plan to be able to connect a subdomain to your site. Once you have purchased the paid plan, you can then follow the instructions and add CNAME records as explained in the below guide:
