How can I get back the domain I unsubscribed to a few minutes back.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you go ahead and purchase a new plan (the previous one has already been refunded), I can restore globaloutcast.com back to your account:
There’s no need to register a domain, you can leave the domain credit unused.
Please reply here when you’ve done so and I’ll take care of that for you.

@gdiva1915 if you intend to use the domain here you’ll need a plan. If you don’t need the plan you can cancel that portion but keep the domain.

Hi, yes i understand that. But since i already cancelled my entire subscription I wanted to know how to reactivate my domain. I’m prepared to purchase it back, just let me know how or if its possible to expidiate the process of releasing the domain so i can purchase it externally.

Hi gemma. I purchased a personal a plan but the coupon code [redacted] didn’t get applied for some reason. Can you please look into it. And as 0er your response you said you would restore globaloutcast.com, please do the needful and confirm.

We cannot manually release a cancelled domain, but in this case your domain should be available again by the weekend in case you want to buy it somewhere else.
I do see you’ve bought a new plan, though, so please confirm if I should restore it now or if you want to wait a few days and then register it somewhere else instead.

That coupon code expired on 31 December 2018, and cannot be used any more. All coupon codes we send out via promotional emails are only valid for a limited time.

You are saying that the coupon was valid only till 31st December 2018. But i received an email about the coupon code on the 8th of Jan i.e. today. Then how can it have expired?
