I’ve checked your account and we aren’t blocking the payments. I recommend contacting your bank or card provider to see whether they are blocking payments to WordPress.com for any reason. If they are, you can ask for the block to be removed.

Yes I know you are not blocking payments and cards. I have written to you just because we do not make payment through cards. We have internal process which requires vendor details like , NO PE Certificate.
TIN (Tax Identification Number).
Certificate of Incorporation.
Contact details, and Contact person, Account details. These information we will have to give to our account department then they process for payments for foreign remittance . -

The only payment methods we currently accept are debit/credit cards and PayPal:
We are unable to provide you with a Certificate of Incorporation or other company related information.
Additional information can be added to the Billing Details area of the receipt after purchase. For example a Purchase Order Number. It would be possible include information for your accounting department there.

We are unable to provide a GST number as it’s something we do not collect.

These details are also something we are unable to provide. We don’t have a personnel contact email address for WordPress.com and we don’t have a postal address.
Once you’ve upgraded, you will receive a receipt which lists our company name and the transaction details for your purchase. Hopefully that will give you some of the information you need.

All of our plans are billed in one yearly payment, rather than monthly. Therefore we don’t offer any discounts when paying for a year :)
