Will I be required to upgrade and pay money for my site if I exceed a certain storage size or number of posts?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no bandwidth limitation on textual content. All WordPress.com blogs come with 3000 megabytes (~3 GBs) of space for storing uploaded files and images. http://en.support.wordpress.com/space-upgrade/

What’s a bandwidth limitation? What happens if you exceed 3GB of space for storage with pics and text?
-
Bandwidth is the amount of data that is transferred. So if you have a 10k file and it’s downloaded 10 times, you’ve used 100k of bandwidth. If there were a limitation, that could be a problem, because you can’t control how many people access your page. But there’s no limit, so you don’t need to worry.
If you exceed the storage limit, you could either upgrade to add more storage or start deleting older files.
One thing you might consider is using smaller images on your site. The images you’re uploading are 2592 x 1936 although you’re displaying them them at 781 x 584. If you used PhotoShop (or a free alternative like Gimp) to decrease the size before you uploaded them, you would save a lot of storage space.
