Requirements to transfer a blog I created to another user

  Hello,

  I need to transfer the blog historiasdeportugal.com to another user.
  I’ve followed the steps at http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-wordpress-com-user-or-account

  and nothing happened. Neither me or the other user received an e-mail with confirmation.

  Could you please provide additional information about this topic?
