  According to your response from this topic (https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/retrieved-my-creator-plan-and-domain/), I will get a the support from you by email. But I didn’t received any further responses yet.

  Did you send the email to the (email visible only to moderators and staff) or other email address? Please let me know if I miss the email or what should I do for getting further support? Since I’m running the business on the website and I’m willing to subscribe the plan from WordPress, please contact me ASAP.
