rescind invitation

  I mistyped and invited a username to become an admin on this site. I did not mean to send it to an existing user and did not realize the name was already taken. How can I rescind this privilege?

  Thanks for your response. So I won’t be able to take any action until they actually accept the invite, correct?

  Yes, that’s correct. A work around would be to mark your site as private. Then they wouldn’t be able to see the site unless you’ve approved them.

  It looks like you’re able to delete the invitation from our classic, WP-Admin editor. Go here and scroll down. You’ll see the delete option to the right side.
