Rescuing WP sites I’m locked out of

I have two existing sites at WordPress, both with technical issues I can’t resolve because there’s no other way to contact you than by creating this new account. The sites are rflaird.com (mysteriously stripped of its format though content remain) and ip.rflaird.com (apparently at capacity because it crashes if you enter at the Home page). We have kept paying our fees, but I can no longer access the site mgmt functions at either site. I have a huge amount of content on these sites, some of which I simply CANNOT afford to lose. All I am seeking is the opportunity to preserve my sites and possibly add a new one to offload some content from the others and build on it. Please respond.
