Reseller won’t let me upgrade my Google Workspace

    I made the mistake of buying my Google Workspace Business Starter plan via my WordPress site, and was channeled through a reseller called Automattic. My business has since grown and I need to increase from 30GB to 2TB storage, so I should upgrade to Business Standard.

    Problem is, Google won’t let me. They redirect me Automattic. As far as I can tell, Automattic has no live customer service, and its chatbot says it can only deal with WordPress, and so it redirects me back to Google.

    I don’t need extra storage for my website, though. I need it for Google Drive.

    Help! Somebody please take my money!
