  It seems that your site (http://streakchat.com/) is not hosted on WordPress.COM. Your site is hosted on Defense.net with a software install of WordPress.ORG which means that it is not applicable to this forum.

  It would be better suited for you to ask this question at https://WordPress.org/support/ for a more accurate answer. If you don’t have a WordPress.ORG account you’ll need to create one. Your WordPress.COM account won’t work there.

  Also, you can read the differences of WordPress.com and WordPress.org.

  For what exactly are you waiting for a confirmation email?

  Your WordPress.com/Gravatar account has already been activated, but we have no control over streakchat.com as @eallas also mentioned, so you’ll need to contact that site’s owners directly if you’re not receiving emails from them.
