Resend corrected blog to subscribed followers

  Original blog was sent out without photos and editing on text in error. Changed the blog to DRAFT and made the corrections and then PUBLISHED the corrected blog, but it did NOT resend it to the subscribed followers. They only received the original one without pictures. How do I resend the corrected blog so the subscribed followers will receive the corrected one?
