If you are still unsuccessful at receiving, then please add the ‘modlook’ tag to this post so that Staff can assist you further. You will see the option to add a tag on the right hand side of your screen. Also make sure you have clicked the box to notify you of updates. Please be patient awaiting response from Staff.
