Reservation my money for Nothing. Sorry

  I Can see in my bank that there are reserved 366$ or 2.567,01 danish kroner for nothing.
  I had a homepage last years http://www.queerlulu.com but I canceled payment last yeas and WordPress should transfer back 800 danish kroner, last year in this periode. Nothing.
  Now, I can have them back If I can come in contact with WordPress.
  Or, can I just change my card? Help me with ideas.
