    Can you assist me in reserving a domain?

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    Hi there,

    It’s not possible to reserve a domain.

    If you want to use a particular domain, or prevent someone else from using that domain, the only way to do that is to pay to register the domain. And you need to renew the domain every year in order to retain ownership of it.

    Should you cancel the domain or let it expire, you immediately stop being its owner, and it gets released again so that anyone else can buy it.
