  I want to know what it means when a blog name is “reserved”

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I think that is something that is not allowed for visitors to register .

  It means someone else has that username, like the username whatever when the URL is whatever.wordpress.com and unless you can somehow find and strike a deal with the user called whatever, you cannot use that URL.
