Reserved address with no activity anywhere

I was wondering if I could have a blog name that is reserved. There is no blog with the name, and the user registered 6 years ago, but has no activity. Does support do these kind of things? I really dislike names in general though, everything gets taken too fast.

When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account.

If you own the username account then you can log out, clear your browser cache and cookies and then log in as Admin under the correct matching username account and register the blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/ If you don’t own that username account then you cannot register the reserved blog. And, if you changed your username then the blog URL will not be available for use under the new username account.

That’s disappointing. I was hoping there might be something. I like how Yahoo! and other sites recycle names over time. Thanks for letting me know though.
