Reserved blog?

  I was trying to register a blog domain which I really like (heylittlelady), but when I clicked the “Create Blog”, it said that my blog cannot be registered because it is already reserved. When I tried to find the so-called “reserved” blog, it only directed to the Sign-up page.

  Why is that so? I badly want that URL for my blog. :(

  Blog names are not recycled at wordpress.com. If you contact the owner of the blog you may be able to arrange a transfer between the two of you. If not you will have to choose another one.

  When I looked up for the so-called blog, (I typed heylittlelady.wordpress.com on my wordpress), it only directed to the sign-up page. I saw another thread where a user had this problem (Title: Reserved blog!?) and the admin fixed it. I want that URL. :(

  I did the same thing too and I could have signed up for that blog right then and there. I got this result: “The blog you were looking for, heylittlelady.wordpress.com doesn’t exist but you can create it now!”

  Yes, it says that thing at the bottom of the page too. But when you click the “Create blog”, the “Sorry, that’s a reserved blog!” thingy would appear. T___T

  Thanks for you opinion but the rule of thumb when it comes to technical support threads is not to post into them unless you have helpful information to share. If you look up you will see that as Mark (Staff) has already resolved this issue; this is a dead thread.
