'Reserved Blog'
-
Hi there, I am trying to sign up an WP blog which is (email visible only to moderators and staff) bit it always pops up as ‘RESERVED BLOG’. I tried using the same URL, and it says ‘seniormakaf2014.wordpress.com doesn’t exist
The address seniormakaf2014.wordpress.com cannot be registered. Sorry, that site is reserved! But you can sign up and choose another one’. I am really confuse and would WP help me to recover this blog, as I am in-charge for this year’s event and it’s blog. I don’t quite know who created this blog, but are there any chances I can use that same address (www.seniormakaf2014.wordpress.com). Thank you very much for all your effort.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account.
If you own the matching username account https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/seniormakaf2014
then you can log in as Admin under that account and register the blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/ If you don’t own that username account then you cannot register the reserved blog. -
That user name is about the same age as your account (1 week) if you created the account in confusion then try the recovery process

Log completely out of WordPress then fill out this form

If you own the matching username account https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/seniormakaf2014 but have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
and if required click the “Need More Help” link and complete the form for account recovery. https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery -
Hello everyone. I have tried the links you’ve all attached but mysteriously, I JUST COUDN’T SIGN IN THE ACCOUNT. I think this all happened when I messed around with the settings. It keeps on showing, ‘this blog is reserved’ which I totally don’t understand. Well will this work if I delete the email account associated with the http://www.seniormakaf2014.wordpress.com so it will reset the account? I really need this account to be done soon. I have the email account for this, and even the first time activation URL. But when I try ‘forget password’ there’s no such account. I am very very confused. Thank you.

seniormakaf14.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this site.This URL is reserved seniormakaf2014.wordpress.com doesn’t exist for the person with the matching username account and if you did not have the matching username account then you cannot register it.
If you do have the matching username account then you log in under it and register the blog exactly as I stated above.

Log out of ALL WordPress.COM accounts when you try the two recovery processes above. WordPress.COM remembers which account you are when you are logged in and I have seen that give problems with both recovery processes.

@timetheif
I have tried registering the account as you said, but the same thing pops up, ‘This site is reserved’. I don’t understand that I have the matching E-mail ID yet I can’t go register. And yes, I have deleted seniormakaf14.wordpress.com because the URL is wrong. So after I Deleted that URL, to change to www. seniormakaf2014.wordpress.com, I have been having this problem ever since. Do forgive if I still can’t get what you say. I have tried the recovery page, but this pops up.Sorry but the website you gave does not exist on WordPress.com. Is it a self-hosted WordPress.org website?
Thank you very much.
