Reserved? Help me please!

  Hi!
  I would like to build my website under “fernandopc.wordpress.com” name. But fernandopc is reserved. Is it possible to transfer fernandopc to my account?

  I also want to know if I can release sites that I will not use.

  If you see that message, it means there is a WordPress.com user with that name who has not created a blog using their username. But it is reserved for them (and unavailable to anyone else) should they choose to do so.

  If you delete a site it will not be “released” but will be gone forever for someone to use it

  If you want to “release” a URL – just put a Post on the front page of the blog to the effect that someone can have the URL if they want – set the comments to “moderate” so you will be sent an email if anyone leaves a comment wanting the URL

  sorry there is no “release a URL” function
