Reserved Name on WordPress

I own domain: readingisliving.com . I think that I might have reserved the same name on WordPress. It keeps on saying that it is reserved, but I do not know who how to find out.
Let me know what’s the scoop.

What is the exact URL starting with http:// of this .wordpress.com blog that you claim is reserved please?
Are you clear on the fact that it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com blog URL is when you are domain mapping?

When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account.
If and only if you have the matching username account then the blog is reserved for you and you will be able to log in appropriately and register it after logging in under the correct username account.
https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/?user=1However, if you changed your username then the blog URL will not be available for use under the new username account.

Yes, I am aware of this fact.
One more thing that I must inform you that, I goofed and submitted trial CSS for rafiqlodhia.wordpress.com., instead of the following:
knowledgeexiststobeimparted.wordpress.com
I already paid for CSS, but I feel that WordPress auto charger, will charge $ 99 for rafiqlodhia.wordpress.com.
Note that I already have the CSS on the same blog. Now, what should I do?

Is there anyway, I can get it? I do understand completely that I can do the mapping of URL.
My problem is that if the name cannot be retrieved, then I am planning to use Kelly theme on:

Hello,
I already submitted the recovery form. Though, I am not sure about it, owing to the fact that I was not able to answer the validation points.
That might be an issue. The reason being that I was new to the WordPress and now I am a full-time blogger. :)Rafiq
