Reserved URL?

  I want to create a blog using the url scottreadsit.wordpress.com but it’s reserved. Is it possible that it’s reserved to me due to the fact that my username is scottreadsit?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account.

  You are not logged in under the scottreadsit username account. You can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
  and if required click the “Need More Help” link and complete the form for account recovery.
