Reserved URL

Hello. I am trying to create a blog using my user name. However, the URL (username.wordpress.com) shoows up as reserved.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account.
As you have registered the matching username account the blog is reserved for you and you can register it. https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/?user=1
However, if you changed your username then the blog URL will not be available for use under the new username account.

I am receiving the error when I am trying to register the blog after signing in. My username matches the blog I am trying to reserve.
