Reserved username/site
-
Couple of questions:
1. The address nicholemoisant.wordpress.com shows reserved. I own the domain nicholemoisant.com. Is there any way to gain access to this username/site?
2. I have several wordpress blogs, but I also have 2 (that I can find) usernames. Is there anyway to combine my usernames so that all my blogs show up under the same dashboard/account?
Thank you!

When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account. If you own the matching username account and have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
and click the “need more help” link if necessary.Yes. One username account can make another username account and Admin and transfer blogs to another username account http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

10 months ago, someone signed up for the username, nicholemoisant ( https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/nicholemoisant ) but they did not get the blog associated with that username. When that happens, to prevent misunderstandings and confusion, WordPress.com will reserve that blog address (URL) for them.
Unless you could find contact information for the user, and get them to transfer the account and blog to you, you are probably out of luck.

@TheSacredPath- Is there any chance that when I set up the .ORG account with the username NicholeMoisant I simultaneously reserved/restricted the username/URL on the .COM site? May 2012 seems to be about the time I set up the .ORG username.
