My youngest sibling got ahold of my wordpress and somehow deleted infinite scroll, and the title page from from my site. I have messed around for days on how to get it back, and now I am just beyond this. I have tried to download plugins for reseting it but none will actually download. I want to reset the Harmonic theme completely while keeping just my domain name. Can anyone help??

You won’t be able to use any type of Plugin here at WordPress.com. Plugins are a feature only supported by WordPress.org. There are numerous differences in WordPress.com and WordPress.org, you can read more here if you like: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
