  Can you please reset it like to it’s original, default stage so I can start over?

  @hokiehawk -if you want the theme reset to include the demo content, please let us know or add the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of the forum thread sidebar for Staff assistance.

  @sekanderb- if you see a thread tagged with “wpcomhelp” that means the user doesn’t have a paid upgrade and has already posted through that contact form. Rather than point the user back to the contact form (which means they’d end up posting back in the forums), please add the MODLOOK tag if it is necessary.

  @justjennifer,

  Thank you so much for the link and pointing me to the right direction.

  I have some paid upgrades on some of my sites but received email support for a site which does not have any paid upgrades. So I did not know about the wpcomhelp.

  I appreciate your help :)

  I’ve reset your theme to the default content. You can edit the demo posts and pages under My Sites ->Blog Posts and Pages respectively.

  You didn’t indicate that restoringhopetherapy.wordpress.com was the site you needed reset when you posted, so it’s likely that your other site hokiehawk.wordpress.com was reset. I’ve tagged this again for Staff.

  It’s always best to let us know from the start what site you need help with. :)
