    Thanks, but no: for some reason it doesn’t seem to apply new themes. When I try to add a new page, all I get is a blank page (and no theme elements, of course).

    Practically, when I now choose a new theme from a “blank” site (no existing pages), I expect it to produce a new “home” similar to the one in the theme model, with media, links and all that I can adapt. That’s what happened the first time I chose a theme, at least.
    I then started to adapt the theme so heavily I realised it wasn’t suitable for what I wanted, so I deleted everything I could and tried starting with a new one.

    Now if I choose a Theme I get a blank page as a starting point, instead. The only thing that actually come from the new theme are the fonts, but of course the reason I’m choosing a particular theme is because its layout and elements appeal to what I want to achieve, and those I don’t get…

    Thanks for those details. We can try and populate the place holder images and such for the theme in question. Can you tell me which theme you want to move forward with on pietrobonavita.wordpress.com?
