    I need help with resetting my website so I can start from scratch as I was a little confused at first and added a few too many kits/templates and it’s a bit of a mess.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi @amsudekum, sure thing. Right now the site doesn’t have any upgrades, so we’ll need to downgrade it too. We’ll need you to acknowledge:

    • Plugins and third-party themes will be lost and can no longer be used
    • The reverted site may revert to using the old theme
    • We’ll do our best to migrate any content over, but there is some potential for loss, as any custom content created by plugins and themes may not be carried over.

    And we could delete the content as well, but typically most folks just need help with the theme reset more than anything. Respond here with confirmation, and we can help you get downgraded properly so you can start fresh. Thanks!
