  hello i need help resetting my clients wordpress website. Im using hostinger to manage their domain and using WP admin to design and manager their website. could you please help.

  You are currently using the open source WordPress that is hosted on Hostinger and not on WordPress.com , that means you have to post your question on WordPress.org , you can simply do that by going here https://wordpress.org/support/forum/miscellaneous/ and click Create Topic , and i will help you there.
