reset account with forgotten password and deleted mail address

Hello,
I have made myself a wordpress account years ago with an old mail address. unfortunately the mail address got deleted for whatever reason – nobody knows why.
I want to start a blog again and to use my old name that I am still using everywhere on the web. is there any way to delete the old blog or change the belonging mail address and password?
I can tell you the old mail address: it was (email visible only to moderators and staff).
my new one is (email visible only to moderators and staff), if it could be changed, I would be very grateful! emma -
