  Hi, can you please help me to reset all settings so that I can view all of the templates easier? I am not sure what I have done but I seem to have deleted too much and I cannot see the templates properly, I would like to just start from the beginning

  Here is some help documentation about restarting your site https://wordpress.com/support/empty-site/

  One of the options is to start a new site from scratch under the existing account. That sounds like it may be what you want.
