  I deleted my blog because I has struggling to set it up but I want to keep the url for it and try and set it up again

  I’m sorry but deleted .wordpress.com blog URLs here are not recycled.
  See > http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
  and http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
