reset blog please
-
I’d like to reset my blog, sort of like doing a fresh install. I’ve already backed up the posts and media files, in case I ever need to use them again. Can someone help with this or should I email support?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there,
There is no such thing as a reset button. Here’s how to do a forum tag search https://en.forums.wordpress.com/tags/empty-blog-contentIf you are willing to wait rather than DIY http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/ Staff can empty the whole blog for you. That will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files and once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
If you are sure you want Staff to proceed, and you are prepared to wait then type modlook into the tags in the sidebar of this thread for Staff attention and post again to this thread to:
(1) confirm the URL of the blog you want them to empty;
(2) confirm that you know content deletion is irreversible.IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blog content does not remove it from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months. To completely remove an entire page from Google search results: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663419?hl=en

Yes, that’s what I’d like to do. Thanks for alerting me to the appropriate tag. Yes, the URL posted above is the one I want emptied of all content, and yes, I know that content deletion is irreversible.
